We ship all orders as quickly as possible, always no more than 48 hours after we confirm your payment, so we always not able to make changes to an order. However, you are welcome to talk to us by MSN, and if we are able to assist you, we will certainly do so.

14) What about your refund policy details?
All returns must be requested within 14 days of the date the package was delivered. For return, goods must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with without any tape or marks on the box.
Please submit your return request by email to shtradetony@hotmail.com with the information requested below by simply copying and pasting the info requested and include them in the email you are sending and we will send you the details on how to send the shoes back for refund , usually within 24 hour after your email is received.
Returns packages sending back to us must be post marked within 7 days from when your request has been approved. It will take 5-10 business days to process all returns.
* If the return isnt returned within the alotted time, we will not be able to process your return and will send a money request for shipping fee to ship the package back.
